the location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to Books & Books. the property is situated in a lively area. 3. the room was stylish and spacious, featuring a balcony, bathroom, and music.

Decor was nice

Room was postage-stamp sized, no where to sit except on outside patio which was nice except when it rained! No ice bucket and no place to set it when we got one. Many hidden costs such as a minimum daily charge within the hotel, valet charges in addition to parking fees. During three days there we were given three different times that the hotel roof bar was open, and found it closed when going up to visit (when supposedly open?) A full mini bar with no glasses, ice or ice bucket. No desk or any other place to put stuff No complimentary coffee in room or in lobby. No newspapers. Bar contractor sets his own schedule?? Next time we will stay at the Hampton Inn and get real value for our money

Mis represented!!! Not as shown on your web site. Very uncomfortable. Not for the mature traveler. No deating in ROOM....Bed Only. We would never have chosen this hotel if we had known the room was so spartan!

The attitude of the concierge and the manager,they were both rude and had terrible attitudes for a five star hotel. It was very dissapointing as everything else was great.

The location is fantastic, the double room is trendy with a cozy bed, a spacious balcony, and bathroom, and it's only a short 5-minute walk to the bus stop.

The staff were extremely nice and going out of their way to be sure you were taken care of. There is no question that they truly care to make your stay great. The cocktails in the front bar were fabulous. The rooftop pool is lovely. The location near the beach and on Collins Ave. Is awesome.

Some of the processes are not yet well-defined, the breakfast bill cash- through to front desk, the coffee bar is unfortunately very slow. The club downstairs is loud at 3:30 am.

Nothing! I just want to give some input to improve a couple of things! For example put a ramp for the luggage and a shelf where the toilet is in the room!

had a great valentine's day getaway at gale, exceeded expectations with friendly staff, digital luxuries, and perfect location near beach, shops. will definitely come back to hilton!

The unannounced mandatory 'resort' fee of $25 offering a $15 credit for food when there is no breakfast, just croissants and coffee. The bicycles which should be included are not. What is included should be printed and given to guest and not not hastily summarised. Some check-in staff did not even know what was, coffee bar people did not know about food credit either. bathroom should have a shelf for holding the guest's own toiletries stuff. Hand held hower head is too heavy. If it falls it almost crashes the shower's side glass pane. central air con cannot be swiched off in room and was set too cold.

the hotel has a good location, close to the ocean, ocean drive avenue and lincoln road, shopping centers, clubs and restaurants are really close to the hotel. the staff was friendly
